•All orders take 1-3 business days to process 

•All pre - orders take 7-10 business days to process 

Once orders are processed they are shipped United States Postal Service First Class standard shipping 3-5 business days .

•Any damaged/ lost goods are not our responsibility once shipped with United States Postal Service. We do our best to prevent any shipping issues and provide all tracking numbers on orders. However we are not responsible for the input of incorrect addresses and/or any address deemed undeliverable (i.e. dog,gate,mail hold) by the USPS. A $5 re-ship fee will be assessed on any package return to sender.

•For unreceived / delayed orders please contact USPS customer service @ (1-800-275-8777) with your tacking number.
